Unfortunately I fell ill and was not able to give my presentation, however I will upload my video as well as some commentary that explains my thought process.
As a young person it is hard to grasp the idea of where we are as a society, I think this is because we live in the present, not realizing the ways of the past.
The presentation that I put together aimed to allow my audience to look at the way we where in order to realize where we are. So I would show a video that I edited of old prelinger archive footage to allow my audience to make up their minds as to where we are themselves, instead of me telling them where I think we are.
